We start with a conversation to define the goals for this trip and update you on the charity we’ll be supporting. During this call, you’ll give us a general outline of your expectations and brand vision for the project.
Based on our initial talk, we create a detailed concept and plan, which we then review together. After approval, you’ll receive a quotation and deposit invoice. Once confirmed, the products need to be shipped to the agreed address before the scheduled shoot dates.
We travel to the destination and capture all photo and video content. This is where the magic happens — the cinematic, adventurous part of the journey — including coverage of your brand’s donation or collaboration with the local charity.
After the trip, all content is professionally edited: branding videos, reels, photos, and impact content. You’ll have a feedback round to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your brand before the final delivery.
Your final content package is delivered and ready to use across social media, websites, and campaigns. At the same time, we highlight how your brand created a positive impact — so your audience can see the story behind the content.
